A short, honest privacy note.
We collect as little as possible — only what you type into our forms — and we use it only to reply to you. No marketing, no advertising trackers.
01—Who we are
NeuralTrading.group is operated by AIgen Solutions S.r.l. (Italy), the data controller. For any privacy question or request, contact us at hello@neuraltrading.group.
02—What we collect
Only what you submit through our forms: your name, work email, optional company, an optional area of interest, and your message. For abuse prevention we also store a salted, irreversible hash of your IP address and a truncated browser user-agent string — never your raw IP.
03—Why we use it, and on what basis
Solely to read and reply to your enquiry or access request, and to protect the form from spam and abuse. Our legal basis is legitimate interest in responding to the people who contact us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or send marketing — no newsletters, no sales spam.
04—Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics, self-hosted by us at analytics.neuraltrading.group — cookieless, no cross-site tracking, no personal profiles. The numbers it produces are aggregate and do not identify you.
05—Where it lives
Form submissions are stored in our own self-hosted database on infrastructure we control. We do not use third-party marketing or advertising trackers.
06—How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.
07—Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to its processing. Email hello@neuraltrading.group and we will respond.
08—Complaints
If you believe we have mishandled your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Italy this is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
